Roxy, Head of Innovation, Vice President of Engineering in the Office of the CTO at F5, leads a charter to accelerate the pace and impact of innovation at F5. Before F5, Roxy was the CTO of IoT World Labs leading global teams to create, build, and launch an innovative digital data transformation SaaS platform serving various industries, including transportation, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Roxy started and successfully operated my first business when she was 19. She came to the US from Vietnam in 1993 with her parents, sisters, and brother as refugees and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington in 1998. Roxy started her 2nd business -- first in the US -- when she was 31, then sold it. She co-founded IOT World Labs in 2016 and exited in 2020. Roxy had a track record in helping a startup build a digital enterprise from the ground up to series C. Roxy served as an advisory board member for technology as well as non-profit organizations as well as a mentor for entrepreneurs and technology leaders throughout her career.
